| About Students |
The IACBE Case Competition Series attracts a diverse range of participants, including students, academic mentors, and industry partners. Students from both IACBE member and non-member institutions participate in the competition, representing undergraduate and graduate programs in business-related fields. Academic mentors, typically faculty members or instructors, play a crucial role in guiding and supporting the students throughout the competition, offering mentorship, and helping them develop their strategies. Industry partners, such as companies and professionals from various sectors, collaborate with the competition by providing real-world business challenges and offering industry insights to the participants. By bringing together students, academic mentors, and industry partners, the competition creates a dynamic and collaborative learning environment that fosters the application of knowledge and the development of practical skills.

By engaging in live case competitions, students are able to develop and enhance their skills, knowledge, and capabilities in a practical setting. The program aims to prepare students for the workforce by offering them training, exposure, and a reference-worthy experience that sets them apart from their peers. Through collaboration with industry partners, the program promotes the integration of academic knowledge with real-world applications, fostering a deeper understanding of business concepts and their practical implications. Memphis
We're focused on identifying an organization in/near Memphis, Tennessee since that is where the IACBE Annual Conference is taking place from April 2nd through 5th. The students will be presenting their results live to senior leadership in-person at the Peabody Hotel where the conference is located. If you're willing to travel to Memphis, then you can really be based anywhere! The 4-week experience leading up to the conference is completely virtual! We host 2-3 virtual meetings with the students, including a kickoff webinar and a Q&A session. The timing of these sessions is flexible based on your schedule and preferences.
