My Story Matters: This project is built to get the expertise, focus, out-of-the-box ideas, and creativity that comes with the Project-Based Interns to help continue building our business to achieve these aims.My Story Matters, a (501c3) organization, promotes healing, inspires hope, and celebrates courage in everyday heroes by engaging them in a process that helps them reflect, recount, record, and reframe their stories. We educate individuals to take the lead in their story. In doing so, communities engage in embracing stories of all individuals as heroes of their own personal journey and, in that process, become more united in compassion, understanding and empathy as we realize every story really does matter!

| Project Synopsis: Activities/Actions Required | My Story Matters, a 501c3 charity, is a catalyst for lasting transformation. Our revolutionary curriculum is backed by and adopted as a therapeutic model to develop social emotional learning skills among youth and adults alike, as well as those that have experienced trauma. It promotes healing and inspires hope and positive action, by engaging them in a process that helps them reflect upon and reframe their stories. This is a rapidly growing and forward looking empowerment curriculum that directly address the issues of our time. It is changing the space of helping individuals transition from difficult circumstances like incarceration, homelessness, addiction and mental illness. It is also being used proactively in schools and corporations to help address stress, anxiety and emotional health and wellness. We have worked with schools, homeless shelters, refugee communities, justice impacted communities and their families, treatment centers, sober living providers, TAL groups, foster care networks, domestic violence shelters, after-care centers and other community service organizations. Each of these communities are at-risk to homelessness. We have witnessed first hand the role this instability plays in affecting all of their decisions and ultimately impacting their world and the society around them. As we seek to expand our reach this project will create a solid foundation for sustainable growth. Working with our various partners we will achieve the following outcomes. Expanding current markets by supporting sales team with messaging analysis, social strategy, data analysis, and insights to drive sales/marketing/PR efforts in existing channels. Researching new markets, market trends, and compiling competitive analysis which converts to further product development. Solving scalable product training, communications and deliverables to instructors and participants using technology. This would include inputs and management of our training content creation and social media messaging. Create a social media strategy across all verticals within the brand establishing a social media calendar and marketing campaign.
