In my 30 years at Dow Chemical, I held positions in every function of the company, from Manufacturing and Engineering to Marketing, Finance, HR, Business Management, and Strategy. At BYU, BYU Hawaii, and Ensign College, I developed Experiential Learning programs and Project Based Internships.
