Collaboration Overview
About Students
The IACBE Case Competition Series attracts a diverse range of participants, including students, academic mentors, and industry partners. Students from both IACBE member and non-member institutions participate in the competition, representing undergraduate and graduate programs in business-related fields. Academic mentors, typically faculty members or instructors, play a crucial role in guiding and supporting the students throughout the competition, offering mentorship, and helping them develop their strategies. Industry partners, such as companies and professionals from various sectors, collaborate with the competition by providing real-world business challenges and offering industry insights to the participants. By bringing together students, academic mentors, and industry partners, the competition creates a dynamic and collaborative learning environment that fosters the application of knowledge and the development of practical skills.
About Program Goals
The learning objective of the IACBE Case Competition Series is to provide students with a valuable experiential learning opportunity through real-world business challenges. By engaging in live case competitions, students are able to develop and enhance their skills, knowledge, and capabilities in a practical setting. The program aims to prepare students for the workforce by offering them training, exposure, and a reference-worthy experience that sets them apart from their peers. Through collaboration with industry partners, the program promotes the integration of academic knowledge with real-world applications, fostering a deeper understanding of business concepts and their practical implications. The program also facilitates networking opportunities and professional development sessions, enabling students to build connections and enhance their career prospects.
