DoorDash is seeking to launch an innovative "Student Meal Plan of the Future" targeting the college student market. The objective of this project is to develop a comprehensive Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, focusing on understanding the student dining landscape, identifying key stakeholders, and proposing a robust GTM plan to capture market share in this competitive segment. The project aims to position DoorDash as a preferred solution for college dining needs, integrating their services with student meal plans and addressing post-COVID dining challenges.


What are some of the activities or action items you think will need to be taken to achieve your desired results?
