We help our customers, primarily small businesses, unlock value through data analytics, consulting, and execution. We achieve this by first building a Power BI dashboard, then analyzing trends, and finally recommending a course of action.
Project Synopsis: Activities/Actions Required
Create highly functional Power BI dashboards. 
  • Identify all possible ways the customer has data or can benefit from data analysis. 
  • Develop the functionality to pull the data. Whether you're familiar with APIs or not, we'll show you or learn together how to extract the data. 
  • Build Power BI dashboards with DAX functions that add value to small businesses. 
  • Develop a reusable, plug-and-play dashboard that can be applied to similar businesses after your internship.
Project Synopsis: Expected Results
We are trying to increase profitability, efficiencies, visibility, and trust for our small business partners.  
Measures:
  • Identified data sources and successfully extracted the data.
  • Built a functional dashboard. 
  • Built the dashboard in a scalable way (so we can reuse it for similar industries).
  • Help us identify trends and create recommendations for our partners.
