We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Specialist to join
our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct market research and develop a
scalable and replicable system for identifying sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess
strong analytical skills, exceptional research skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen
eye for identifying emerging opportunities in the construction industry.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Specialist to join
our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct market research and develop a
scalable and replicable system for identifying sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess
strong analytical skills, exceptional research skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen
eye for identifying emerging opportunities in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research to identify upcoming construction projects in various sectors, including commercial, residential, and institutional.
- Identify applicable industry publications, databases, and online resources to track project announcements, bid postings, and requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Collaborate with sales and marketing team to develop strategies for targeting architecture firms, general contractors, and other key stakeholders involved in construction projects. Provide regular updates and reports on market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.
- Utilize and advise on the development of customized client relationship management (CRM) software and other tools to manage and organize project leads, contacts, and communication efforts.
- Continuously evaluate and refine research methodologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales and marketing process.
Qualifications:
- Experience in market research, competitive analysis, or business intelligence, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
- Strong proficiency in utilizing online research tools, databases, and industry resources to gather and analyze data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate findings and insights to internal stakeholders.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Forms)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
