Mysmartplans was founded in a garage with a 15k investment and a dream to transform construction, allowing for fairplay, accountabilty. Mysmartplans allows for everyone to have a fair seat at the table of knowledge.
Mysmartplans is unique in the industry, we provide technology for every phase of the project as well as provide digital librarians to support all data entry, our projects run audit ready 24 hours a day, one clicks or scan to knowledge.
Construction industry is fueled with side deals, secret handshakes, and the projects end in lengthy litigation, our system allows for facility turn over at the end of the project with one click to data. Government projects are the worst, some contractors make more money suing the project than they make building the project.
Our nations resources are being burned up with this unstainable model, we redefined what is possible!
