| Project Synopsis: Challenge/Opportunity | Biz Rizz has successfully built a strong network within the startup and venture capital worlds, but we see a major opportunity to expand our social impact in 2026. The challenge is that we currently lack established pathways into the nonprofit sector. We want to bridge the gap between our platform and underserved Gen Z and early-to-mid career individuals. By partnering with nonprofits focused on economic mobility and workforce development, we can provide these opportunity seeking populations with better access to opportunity networks and professional building resources.
| Project Synopsis: Activities/Actions Required | The students will need to conduct thorough market research to map the nonprofit ecosystems in New York City, Boston, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Austin. They will evaluate these organizations to find the best mutual fit based on mission alignment. Following this research, they will analyze successful partnership models currently working in the social impact space. Finally, they will create a segmented list of priority partners and draft a comprehensive outreach strategy to guide our initial contact and relationship building efforts.
| Project Synopsis: Expected Results | Success means receiving a clear and actionable roadmap that allows us to confidently begin outreach to the nonprofit sector. Measurable results include a mapped database of vetted nonprofit organizations across our five target cities and a prioritized list of the top partnership prospects. We also expect a finalized partnership strategy document that includes specific communication plans and positioning recommendations, enabling us to secure our first formal nonprofit alliances and expand our community reach.
