Students will engage in various key activities throughout the project, including comprehensive research on existing cybersecurity frameworks and best practices. They will conduct stakeholder interviews with CapSource staff to gather insights on current practices and challenges. Using qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques, students will identify potential risks and vulnerabilities specific to CapSource’s operational environment. The creation of deliverables will include a structured risk assessment framework document, which outlines risk identification methodologies, evaluation criteria, and mitigation strategies. Collaborative workshops and feedback sessions will ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business needs.
