Enhancing Cybersecurity Governance and Compliance at Iconically.

Iconically is working to strengthen its cybersecurity posture to better protect its digital assets and customer data. The company needs a comprehensive governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) framework to enhance its cybersecurity measures and meet industry standards. The project will focus on creating, evaluating, and improving the GRC framework, identifying and closing security gaps, and preparing for future certifications such as ISO 27001.

Success will be measured by the successful development and implementation of the GRC framework, the identification and closure of security gaps, and the preparation for cybersecurity certifications.
