Project Synopsis: Activities/Actions Required
a. Assessment and Planning:
  • Conduct a comprehensive assessment of NAL's current operations, including programs, staffing, and infrastructure.
  • Identify key areas for growth and expansion, aligning them with the strategic goals outlined in the strategic plan.
