Design and create a web application tool called a PhishTank, which is not uncommon in higher-education.   It would provide a user-friendly web interface for our user looking to confirm whether a particular email has already been identified as phish or not-phish.   Some examples:

Success will require a clear and concise visual environment for our users, while meeting UM accessibility requirements.   Additionally, the final product needs to be able to be easily managed by the UM IT Security Operations team; adding new content (phish) quickly and easily.
