Project Overview

Project Details
Project Title Assess Target Audience & Develop Go To Market Strategy
Project Synopsis

What is the challenge or opportunity you are trying to address within your organization?

Utilize best practices to create a go-to-market strategy, including industry best practices and competitive intelligence that will be crucial in helping us build and grow both the CREATORS and BRANDS sides of our platform.

What are some of the activities or action items you think will need to be taken to achieve your desired results?

In order to be successful, students will need to:
  • Develop a Competitor Analysis focused on Influencer Marketing Agencies, Talent Managers, and Platforms (designed for creators). How does Iconically compare to competitors in the space from a technology, purpose, and business model standpoint?
  • Profile brands and creators in the current Iconically portfolio (what do they have in common, how can we use this to extrapolate an overall target market on both sides of the marketplace)
  • Assess the market size and key criteria that Iconically should use to target prospective brands and creators
  • What are the best ways to get both CREATORS and BRANDS onto the platform:

    • What marketing methods and channels should Iconically use?

    • What would a launch strategy like this cost in terms of people, time, and resources?

    • How would you measure success if we chose to run your campaign(s)?
  •

What would make this project a success for your organization? What measurable results are you looking to accomplish?

Develop a Clear Overview of the Target Audience & overall Market Opportunity
Suggest a clear strategy that Iconically can use to "Go-To-Market" for both the CREATORS and the BRANDS for their marketplace
