5+ years experience working with recruitment systems and technologies (i.e. ATS, CRM, job boards, social networking, etc.) and maintaining a high level of data integrity
5+ years experience in delivering presentations and research projects
5+ years experience in directly engaging with stakeholders.
5+ years of experience in analytics or consulting roles requiring data interrogation, analysis and visualisation
2+ years of experience with SQL and relational databases
5+ years experience in interpersonal, communication, writing, presentation, statistical and data analysis skills
Convert a complex data set into an actionable insights recommendation.
5+ years experience with Tableau, Power BI or other data visualization software
5+ years experience with basic Python
Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
