My name is Adriana Aoqui, I am 54 years old, married, mother of 3, and grandmother of 3. I have always worked as an entrepreneur, I ran my own business for more than 25 years, and I owned a language school. I was in charge of recruiting, selecting, and training all the staff from the 4 departments a language school possesses, they are pedagogic, administrative, financial, and commercial. The two I enjoyed the most and put the most time and effort into were pedagogic and commercial, they were the main departments because commercial had to enroll students and bring new students to school and the pedagogic one was in charge of keeping these students as long as possible, working with retention. I love dealing with people, teaching and training them to acquire new skills and improve their lives. That is a little about me.
