Graduated from Case Western Reserve University with two majors; Psychology and Business Management, along with one minor in Applied Data Science. Expertise in Industrial/Organizational Behavior, as well as Analytics for Business. Fluent in statistical principles/analysis and can apply them in a variety of situations using software such as R, SPSS, and excel. As a result of concentrating in organizational behavior within the Business Management major, also is fluent in understanding intersectionality and behavior within the workplace and creating ideas for policy changes for a more equitable environment. Data Analytics, working with machine learning methods, as well as using tableau and SPSS for managerial decision making are the most recent experiences learned through courses at CWRU.
