About
As a former educator with over 10 years of experience in the nonprofit/international development field, I am passionate about all things PEOPLE. I believe that people are the most underrated resources in an organization's potential to create positive impact in the world around us as well as the communities we work in.

I am about to finish up dual-degree MBA and Master of Global Affairs in Sustainable Development program, and I am currently pursuing opportunities in consulting within the human capital / social impact space, specifically excited about working on CSR/DEI-related projects. With my experience in the public and private sector, I aim to serve as the bridge between the public and private sector to constantly challenge and transform what human-centered design strategy means in multidimensional spaces. I have worked within primarily Latin American communities here in the US and have worked internationally mostly in LatAm, and I am looking to pursue opportunities in Latin America post-graduation.

My strengths are in operations, project management, strategic planning, communication, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership development, and I thrive on partnering with like-minded individuals who understand the need for both top-down and bottom-up strategies that can build forward together.

In the long-term, I am working on developing a coffee social enterprise model that elevates coffee farming communities in Latin America, primarily in Ecuador. This project with Konfront is exciting because of the opportunity to examine a Mexico-based company, but also because of the international expansion growth strategy piece.
